Who is responsible for your data
The controller of this website is Nodep Ltd (company number [COMPANY NUMBER]), Cardiff CF23 6SD, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Location (country): we use your connection's country, supplied by our hosting provider Cloudflare, to decide which offers to show. We do not store it.
- Server logs: our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and requested page in order to deliver and secure the site.
- Emails you send us: if you contact us, we keep the message and your email address to reply.
We do not currently run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and we do not ask you to create an account. If that changes, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Cookies
This site does not set its own cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies. These are used to protect the site and do not track you for advertising.
When you click an affiliate link to an operator, that operator's website and its affiliate network may set cookies so that a sign-up can be credited to us. Those cookies are controlled by them, and their own privacy and cookie notices apply.
Third parties
- Cloudflare: hosting, security and country detection.
- Google: our offer data is stored in a Google Sheet that your browser requests when the page loads, so Google may see technical data such as your IP address.
- Operators and affiliate networks: only if you click through to them.
Why we use your data (legal basis)
We rely on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site and showing visitors only the offers that are appropriate for their country, and on your consent where consent is required.
How long we keep it
We keep emails only as long as needed to deal with your message. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider according to their own retention periods.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Email [email protected] to make a request.
Age
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it.
